I spent this past Saturday afternoon shopping with my brother-in-law. He just rented a great, light-filled studio apartment in the Marina neighborhood of San Francisco. We were on a budget, but we still wanted good looking stylish pieces. Sooo, I drew up a quick furniture plan for size reference and over to Ikea and West Elm we went. He already has a bed with blue duvet and orange/red/beige kilim area rug. Here is what we added to the mix…

Below is a design board that I worked on awhile back and haven’t shared yet. I am really loving the blues with all the weathered woods, leather and metal accents.
