I’m working on furniture plans for a very large master bedroom at the moment. I’ve come across some great ideas on replacing the standard bench or pair of stools for the foot of the bed. As you can see in some of the images below, placing a small sofa or settee at the foot creates a cozy little sitting or lounge area. It’s a great, stylish way to break up the room and is also very functional.
